This service is a 3-month commitment,
which will give us the time needed to determine the areas
in your life that need some tender loving care to help establish that healthy balance once again.  All sessions are virtual or via telephone.

when it comes to the food we consume. 
Allow me to help transform your pantry in a way that will help you reach your nutrition goals and optimize your health!
This service includes an initial 1-hour consult where you share your vision and health goals. With these goals in mind, we will determine the makeover that suits your needs.  This initial consultation will be followed by 2,  60-minute sessions to go over the steps to actually make that transformation happen.  Additional sessions are available as needed. All sessions are done virtually.

The Elimination Diet Collaborative

Food is Medicine that can either help
or harm you.

Certain foods may be linked to a long list of health conditions. For example, digestive issues, headaches, sinus issues, energy levels, mood changes, eczema, skin conditions, joint aches, weight gain, and asthma, to name a few.
Often it isn't until the foods are removed that the connection is made. If your medical provider has implemented this Elimination medical food plan, I can be the bridge between you and your provider to help support and guide you through the process. To receive the best support throughout this process, a 3-month commitment is recommended. All sessions are done virtually or via the telephone.

Session Options

Recommended commitment: 3-month service or a 6-month (value plan)

Weekly 30 minute sessions ($65 per session)

Every other week 60-minute options ($ 130 per session)

*After completion of a 3/6 commitment, 45 min maintenance follow-up sessions are available for $65 per session.
